Office and warehouse cleaning in Dudley

Recently, we were delighted to experience this when we received a request for a second contract from an existing client based near Dudley.  

Who is Repairtech?

Repairtech specialises in repair and warranty services for different household appliances. They provide a home repair service and also supply spare parts direct to customers. Their head office is situated in Bromsgrove, and we have provided cleaning services to them for a number of years.

The Problem

Repairtech has been delighted with the service they were receiving from our team, and consequently, they requested a quote for their other office and warehouse in Lye, Dudley.

Our Solution

Sean visited their Dudley-based site and met with the client. Repairtech’s Lye office is situated on a busy business park set over two floors with a mixed-use space of offices and a warehouse.  The ground floor has a reception area along with washroom facilities, a kitchen and a warehouse, the warehouse floor requires sweeping and mopping. The corridor and stairs lead to the main offices, training room and mezzanine space located upstairs.

Sean provided a quote and planned a cleaning schedule that ensured the offices and warehouse would get a thorough clean twice a week.

After this quotation was accepted, as with all our new clients we provided a free initial clean to raise the standard of cleanliness in line with our usual and expected standards.

We were able to offer the role to a locally based employee who is based in Lye.

All cleaning products are provided and used in accordance with COSHH and colour coding guidance.

Our operative, Karen, is viewed as part of their team and she upholds our values of honesty, quality, and reliability in the cleaning service she provides. Karen’s work is regularly reviewed, and our management team respond to any queries from the client to ensure that the service is meeting the expected standard.

The Result

The ability to continue providing our service to our client in a second location has not only enabled continuity of relationship between us, but given a valued member of our team, additional hours, and job security. Repairtech is assured that their cleaning service remains thorough and of high quality by our trusted cleaning operative.
