When we count up the years a business has partnered with us, we realise how vital building loyalty with staff and clients is and we are delighted to have partnered with The Iguana Group for over 20 years.
The Iguana Group
During the last two decades, we have celebrated their growth, a move into a business premise more suited to their needs, and we are able to respond during Covid to allow them to pause, then diversify and come back stronger in an industry so affected by the last two years.
The Client’s Problem
The Iguana Group like ourselves is a family-run business based in Worcestershire. They are a design agency, specialising in designing and delivering exhibition stands, both domestically and internationally. In the Spring of 2020, they paused our cleaning service and we were placed on a retainer with them, whilst they worked from home.
They showed determination to diversify, assisting with virtual exhibitions and designing visiting pods for the social care sector.
When their whole team started to return to the office, the building required a thorough cleaning, to ensure the health and wellbeing of their staff and visitors alike.
Cleaning Technique’s Solution
Cleaning Technique has built up loyalty and trust with Iguana since the commencement of the contact with them, primarily through Sean and our management team with their Financial Director Rose.
However, since 2004, the same local cleaning operatives Pat and Sue, have been in position at Iguana. They are our team on the ground but counted as a vital part of Iguana’s day-to-day business team. They are a hardworking couple, experienced in the industry and are trusted keyholders.
They attend twice weekly, out of office hours, to clean the two-storey building, which consists of washrooms and a kitchen on the ground floor, with walkways and stairs leading upstairs to the main foyer, meeting rooms and a large open-plan office.
