Derek Young & Co are a large accountancy firm based in Redditch, Worcestershire. The business was founded in 1960 and shares similar values to our business of honesty and reliability. They required regular cleaning of their three-storey business premises.
How CT Helped
Sean visited Derek Young & Co. office and met with the management. A quotation was provided for twice weekly cleaning, detailing the different services needed to ensure the building would be cleaned to a high standard. This quotation was accepted by the company.
The building is set over three floors with a mixed-used space of offices and meeting rooms on each floor. with an additional boardroom on the top floor. Each floor has washroom facilities and both the first and the second floors have kitchen areas. The ground floor has reception and foyer areas. All areas are connected by a staircase and walkways. A schedule was provided and guidance was given to the newly appointed cleaning operative as to the frequency of areas to be cleaned following this detailed schedule. All cleaning products are provided and used in accordance with COSSH and colour coding guidance. Derek Young’s staff view our operative as part of their team and she provides a quality reliable cleaning service. Our operative is trusted by both ourselves and the client and secures the building after each clean. The operative’s work is reviewed and our management team respond to any queries from the client to ensure that the service is meeting our standards.
