Cleaners of the Quarter

We’re pleased to bring you the latest cleaners of the quarter. We’re proud of all our team and want to recognise and celebrate the quality work that they all provide each time they enter a client’s premises. But each quarter, aim to recognise two individuals, by presenting them with a certificate and a restaurant or retail voucher.

It has been a particularly difficult 12 months for the majority of our team, who have had to undertake essential work in providing a cleaning service. They have gladly taken on board enhanced PPE and changes to their routine during a very difficult time.

Whilst undertaking quality review meetings with our clients both our cleaners this quarter have been praised for their efforts.

cleaner of the quarter Elaine

Elaine has worked for us for nearly 8 years and undertakes several hours of cleaning each night at a large industrial factory in Redditch. She is extremely reliable, honest and has the responsibility for securing several offices each evening. During 2020, she has adapted and incorporated extra cleaning into her schedule to reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19. One of the clients he works for said of her:

“I wasn’t surprised to see that Elaine continues to do an exceptional job for us, it is a relief to have such a thorough cleaner during these times.

Please pass on our sincere thanks to Elaine in maintaining such high standards for the safety of us all.”

Well done Elaine and thank you, we appreciate all you do.

Cleaner of the Quarter Lynn

Lynn has been part of our team for just over a year, she provides a weekly cleaning service at an engineering factory in Pershore. This particular site requires a rigorous cleaning regime, due to the nature of the business. As soon as Lynn started, she proved to be hard working and reliable. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, she has been flexible and altered her schedule to continue giving a tailored service to our client. The MD commented this month that she felt Lynn was one of their team and a perfect fit for their premises.

Thank you, Lynn, for your continued hard work.
