The blog post I like writing the most! Our cleaners of the quarter this time have been highlighted for their reliability and conscientiousness. Well done Tracy and David! You have done such a great job and well deserve your reward.
Tracy
Tracy has worked for us for well over a year now and takes care of two sites in the Bromsgrove area. She very much prefers early morning work and is regularly on-site by 5am!
Right from the start, we’ve always been very impressed with her reliability and the level of her work. Our clients often comment on how pleased they are with her.
Also, despite being busy with all her regular work, she still finds time to help with additional holiday cover, which we really appreciate.
Thank you Tracy for being such a great employee. You thoroughly deserve this award!
David
David is one of the newer members of our team. He joined our team last November and works at a dental practice in Bromsgrove. Given the nature of their business, they have incredibly high standards and have regular CQC checks.
He’s settled in incredibly well and our client has recently said how pleased they are with the level of his cleaning. We’ve also been very impressed with how reliable he is.
During a particularly busy period of holiday cover recently, we were very grateful for David stepping in and helping us out at another local office. He’s very capable of adapting to a new place of work and getting familiar with keys and alarm procedures.
