Gaudet Luce is a golf and leisure complex set in 120 acres of Worcestershire Countryside, on the outskirts of the historic spa town of Droitwich Spa. Gaudet Luce offers a wide range of golfing experiences for both beginners and experienced golfers on their Phoenix and Hadzor Golf Courses, along with a floodlit driving range, shop, bar and restaurant.

Client Brief

In an environment which sees high footfall, especially from the outdoors all year round, regular cleaning is a necessity. Gaudet Luce approached Cleaning Technique earlier this year for a quote to undertake daily cleaning at their leisure complex.

Sean met with the management at the golf complex, having a brief tour of the premises always ensures that we offer the best-tailored quote and schedule for the client’s requirements. 

The clubhouse is set over two floors and the areas requiring daily cleaning are the high-traffic areas such as the entrance, walkways, stairs, WC, shower and changing areas. After the quote was submitted and accepted, the recruitment of a cleaning operative took place. A cleaning schedule of areas was produced for the client and the cleaning operative completed their induction, paying attention to site-specific health and safety considerations, which included attention to colour coding and COSHH regulations. The operative utilizes the cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas are maintained to a high standard. The operative works onsite daily.
