Who is Trebor Developments?

Founded in 2008, Trebor Developments is a market leader in industrial development and they are proud of their ability to design, deliver and lease industrial spaces in a sustainable way for any business.

The Client’s Problem

They contacted Cleaning Technique in the summer of 2022 as they were relocating their head office to Bromsgrove, due to business expansion and ease of location, the building is in close proximity to the M5/M42 motorway network.

Both our business and Trebor had previous knowledge of this building, their managing partner Bob Tattrie had been based in the building whilst managing another company pre 2008, before establishing Trebor. We had provided a daily cleaning service for another company using this building until their relocation to London.

The office is set over two floors, with a large open-plan office, meeting rooms, board room, washrooms and kitchen.

Our Solution

Sean met with the Director’s Personal Assistant, to refresh his knowledge of the areas and draw up a schedule tailored to their business needs.

Once the quote was submitted and accepted by Trebor, our process of recruitment began and we were able to provide work for a local experienced cleaning operative. The applicant was able to provide references and attend site specific induction. This process provides our clients with the reassurance they need that the operative is properly trained.

An initial deep clean was provided to ensure the building was presentable and hygienic for Trebor’s team to move into.

The cleaning operative follows the cleaning schedule to ensure that the team are welcomed to a clean environment after each scheduled clean. All equipment and cleaning products are provided and used in accordance with COSSH and colour coding guidance.

We review our operative’s work regularly and our management team answer any queries from Trebor’s team to ensure that the cleaning service is meeting our high standards.
