MAC Solutions is a lead provider of Industrial IT (information technology) and OT ( operational technology) products. They work with businesses to improve their industrial operations through the provision of optimum software and hardware. Their head office is in Redditch and they approached Cleaning Technique, as a local company, to provide a twice-weekly cleaning service.

Sean met with the management and discussed their requirements. A quotation was provided, alongside a schedule, detailing areas of focus, to ensure their offices were cleaned to a high standard. This quote was accepted and one of our local operatives had the capacity to extend their hours, they were given a site-specific induction, covering health and safety aspects, alongside reviewing the detailed schedule of cleaning for this particular office space.
The building is set over two floors. The main reception is on the ground floor along with a large meeting room and warehouse. Offices are found on the first floor along with further meeting rooms. Each floor also has a kitchen area and a suite of washrooms. Stairs and walkways connect these spaces. All of these require a twice-weekly clean, outside of office hours.
All cleaning products provided are used in accordance with COSSH and colour coding guidance. Our operative is a trusted colleague and carries out thorough cleaning to all areas. The operative’s work is regularly reviewed and our management team respond to additional requirements in a timely manner.
