The client’s problem

The Iguana Group are a design agency, specialising in designing and delivering exhibition stands, both domestically and internationally. They showed determination to diversify in 2020 when all in-person exhibitions were paused due to the Covid-19 pandemic by assisting with virtual exhibitions and designing visiting pods for the social care sector. 

Since this time their business has gone from strength to strength and they made a decision to move their offices and design centre to a local business park in Bromsgrove. This required a whole new cleaning schedule and quote.

How Cleaning Technique helped

Cleaning Technique has been partnering with Iguana in providing regular cleaning since 2004, so it was our pleasure to provide a quotation for their new premises.

Cleaning Technique has prior knowledge of the premises, like many in the area, having provided a cleaning service to the previous business occupying the building before they moved to a new area. 

The two-storey office building consists of a ground-floor foyer area with stairs leading to the first floor, which has a number of offices, a board room and a meeting room, along with a kitchen and washrooms. 

Sean was able to give a quotation and cleaning schedule to suit their business needs and once this quotation was accepted, a local experienced operative who also had knowledge of this building was able to take up the role of Iguana’s cleaning operative as soon as an initial deep clean of the building had been completed. 

Cleaning Technique is pleased to be providing a twice-weekly clean, along with washroom products and a sanitary bin service.
